Download the printed conference brochure in PDF format.
The Reciprocal Meat Conference is an annual conference, which brings together meat scientists and students from academia, industry and government. The American Meat Science Association, the foremost association of meat science professionals, produces the conference.
RMC addresses the critical issues facing meat scientists in an age of fast change and constant challenges in the areas of meat safety, quality and consistency as it applies to all points in the production and processing chain.
The conference features an interactive program design, and you are given a great deal of latitude in selecting the workshops and sessions that work best for them.
In addition to traditional keynote presentations, you will be able to drill down to the application level with your colleagues. Reciprocation sessions are designed to allow attendees to address issues at a very focused and practical level.
Who should attend?
Any scientist or technical specialist who works with meat and meat products. College students (undergraduate and graduate) are encouraged to make RMC a part of their summer plans as well.
