Registrations must be received by Wednesday, May 21, 2008 to qualify for the early registration discount. 

You may fax your completed registration form with credit card information to: 240-465-0688.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Delegates who are unable to attend the conference will receive a full refund of registration fees and ticketed event fees (less $25 service fee), provided that a written request is received by AMSA Headquarters by June 2, 2008. Refunds will not be considered for requests made after this date. Replacements are welcome.
