The 2005 Undergraduate Quiz Bowl was held August 7-8 during the 58th Reciprocal Meat Conference and the International Congress of Meat Science and Technology in Baltimore, Maryland. The competition is sponsored by Sara Lee.

Texas Tech University won first place in the Undergraduate Quiz Bowl. Team members were Jessica Clay, Jesse Collins and Julie Weathers.

Texas A&M University placed second in the Undergraduate Quiz Bowl. Team members were Lee Ann Sitka, Meegan Laster and Eric Metteauer.
