The AMSA Planning Process

Meeting membership needs and responding to key trends form the basis of the AMSA Strategic Plan.

The AMSA Board is moving towards a governance model that is based on a continuum of planning, prioritizing and implementing goals and objectives that move the organization towards accomplishing its mission.

The plan consists of four parts: The Mission Statement, Shared Beliefs, Key Result Areas and Critical Objectives.

The prioritized critical objectives form the basis for resource allocation and committee direction within AMSA. The list of objectives is reviewed and updated as progress is made and new opportunities arise.
