Southwestern Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest

  • Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States
The coaches meeting will be held at the host hotel, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, on January 27th at 6PM.  The contest will take place at the Frontier Meats facility in Fort Worth, Texas.  The contest will be held on January 28th beginning with registration for the Senior Division at 5:45am in the dry storage area, followed by the A-division registration at 8:00am. 

The banquet will be on Monday, January 29th on the FWSSR complex grounds in the Stage Coach Room.  Parking is on the west side of the Exhibit Hall.  They typically allow vans to park in the adjacent parking lot to the exhibit hall, but additional parking is available in the yellow lot.

  • PORK 101 Curriculum and Host Committee

    A committee consisting of subject matter specialists and PORK 101 hosts that maintains the curriculum for PORK 101.

  • National 4-H Meat Judging Advisory Committee

    Advisory group for the National 4-H Meat Evaluation and Identification Contest.
