Meat Industry Research Conference
For over 50 years the Meat Industry Research Conference, cosponsored by the American Meat Science Association and the American Meat Institute, has served as a forum for presenting the latest meat production research in terms of direct application for the industry.
The Meat Industry Research Conference program planning committee, chaired by Dr. Andrzej Sosnicki (PIC North America), has put together an intriguing set of symposia for members who are interested in updates on the latest economic trends and meat science research. The biennial gathering attracts over 200 scientists and technical specialists from industry and academia and is held in conjunction with the World Wide Food Expo in Chicago, Illinois.
