- The RMC planning committee is honored to announce Dr. Howard Swatland, Professor Emeritus at the University of Guelph, as the recipient of the 2012 International Lectureship Award sponsored by Solae LLC. Dr. Swatland will address RMC attendees during the International Lecture Keynote Address on Wednesday morning, June 20, with an overview on the "History and language of international meat cutting."
