In 2009, RMC programming will focus on the following general areas. Abstract submissions should fit into one or more of these categories.

- Meat Processing, Ingredient Technology and Packaging

Abstract Presentation Formats
Oral
Specific times have been set aside in the reciprocation sessions on June 22-23 for the presentation of 15-minute talks on current research.
Poster
Poster presentations will be on display beginning the morning of June 22 through the end of the conference. Specific times will be assigned for groups of posters with similar topics to be attended.
