Silent Auction - Student Membership Benefit

Sunday, June 23 thru Tuesday June, 24

The AMSA Student Membership Board of Directors is looking forward to RMC in Florida and knows it will be a great success!  As always, we will be having a silent auction during the conference.  Every year we receive outstanding items, and this year we would like to take it to a whole new level!  We want to challenge our members to provide the silent auction with some really nice items - maybe something unique to your school or state?

If you have any questions or would like to donate an item for the auction please contact David Newman ( David.Newman@ndsu.edu).

T-Shirt Auction - Student Membership Benefit

Monday, June 23

The AMSA Student Membership Board of Directors encourages all colleges and universities who will be attending the RMC to design their very own t-shirt.

The shirt can be anything:

  • comical
  • related to graduate school
  • meat judging
  • your meat laboratory
  • etc.

All t-shirts must be kept appropriate for all people in attendance at RMC.  One t-shirt from each college and university will be auctioned at the picnic.  The t-shirt receiving the highest bid will be named the 2008 RMC Champion t-shirt.

If you have questions or wpuld like to participate in the t-shirt auction please contact Scott Grumbles ( scott.grumbles@okstate.edu).

**New RMC T-Shirts**

Another new feature to this year’s RMC will be New T-shirt Designs.  We have decided to change from our former “meat the future” design to a simple design that puts a bold statement of, “MEAT” or “BACON”, across the front of the shirt with the AMSA logo on the back shoulder.

These t-shirts can be purchased for $15 each on the registration form and also during the conference.
