Devin Gredell grew up in Holts Summit, Missouri. He received his BS in animal science from Oklahoma State University, where he was a member of the meat judging team and worked in the university’s meat lab. Following OSU, Devin earned a MS in meat science from Texas Tech University, focusing on meat quality and the utilization of beef from cull cows. Currently, Devin is working towards a PhD in meat science at Colorado State University under Dr. Dale Woerner where he is continuing his research interest in fresh beef quality.
