A fundraising drive for establishing a mentorship in the name of Roger W. Mandigo, Ph.D. was started in June 2010.  Dr. Mandigo has previously been honored by the AMSA being awarded the Meat Processing Award (1981), Signal Service Award (1989), and AMSA’s highest award the R.C. Pollock Award in 2000. 

The funds raised from the mentorship recognition will be directed to RMC program development.
