This will be a two-day hands-on educational opportunity will take place prior to the World Pork Expo. The objective of this course is to update interested participants on international issues facing the pork industry. This course will focus on a variety of areas such as trade restrictions, certification/validation programs, export procedures, niche specialty markets, food preparation for various cultures as well as fabrication, quality and food safety issues.
