Full conference registration includes: Opening Reception, Monday Lunch, Family Picnic, Tuesday Lunch and Tuesday Awards Reception and Banquet.
*Student registration also includes Monday Student/Professional breakfast and Student Mixer.
**Spouses and family members may register for a meeting pass which includes admission to the Opening Reception, Family Picnic and Award Reception and Banquet
Ticketed Events:
The following events are ticketed separately from the conference registration fee:
- $25 ~ Student/Professional Breakfast (for non-students who want to attend)
- $15 ~ Student Mixer (for non-students who want to attend)
- $80 ~ Golf Tournament
- $10 ~ Softball
- $10 ~ Fun Run
- $50 ~ Monday Spouse Tour - History of the South
- $35 ~ Tuesday Spouse Tour - Museum Tours and Shopping
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Delegates who are unable to attend the conference will receive a refund of registration fees and ticketed event fees (less $75 administrative fee), provided that a written request is received in AMSA Headquarters by May 15, 2013. Refunds will not be considered for requests made after this date or for failure to attend. Substitutes are welcome.
Cancellation and Credit Request Policy:
Under special circumstances and only when requested in writing, a credit, (excluding the service charge, ticketed and/or meal events), may be issued to be applied towards pre-registration for the 2014 RMC. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing accompanied by your confirmation form, sent to the AMSA Headquarters and received no later than July 6, 2013. All refunds and credits will be issued following the conference.
