  • Class #1- Beef Carcasses; Class #2- Beef Cuts; Class #3- Pork Carcasses; Class #4- Pork Cuts; Class #5- Lamb Carcasses; Class #6- Value Based Pricing; Class #7- Beef Cuts; Class #8- Pork Carcasses; Class #9- Pork Cuts; Class #10 -Lamb Carcasses; Quality and Yield 
  • Contest: American Division Competes Only

Contest Location: The Ohio State University, Columbus OH (April 12th) and University of Kentucky, Lexington KY (April 13th)

  • To be eligible to compete at the Southeastern teams must have only competed in one of the following standard contests: National Western, Southwestern, South Plains, or Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Competing at Iowa State University as a second contest is allowed.
