AMSA Awards & Recognition Program

AMSA recognizes meat science professionals annually for outstanding contributions in research, education, extension and industry outreach. For awards that are selected from nominations, the process begins in the fall of each year with a call for nominations. Selection typically takes place in early spring and the winners are announced at the Reciprocal Meat Conference in June.

Intent to nominate forms were due by January 30, 2010. If you plan to nomination someone and did not submit a form, please email information@meatscience.org and let us know.

All nomination materials need to be submitted no later than February 26, 2010.
